Maui Crime Nov. 3-Nov. 9: Burglaries, Break-ins, Thefts

Maui police responded to 16 burglaries, 12 vehicle thefts and 15 vehicle break-ins in Maui County over a seven day period from Nov. 3 to Nov. 9, 2019.

Burglaries were up 45 percent from the week before when 11 incidents were reported over the seven day period. Vehicle thefts increased 9 percent from the week before, when 11 incidents were reported; and vehicle break-ins were up 25 percent from the previous week, when 12 incidents were reported.
