Maui Permitting Agencies Announce Revised Procedures Due to COVID-19

The County of Maui’s key permitting departments have announced revised procedures for permit applications and inquiries due to COVID-19 impacts.
The County requests that general inquiries to the departments be made by phone or email to limit in-person interaction, and personnel will strive to respond within one business day.

- Walk-in inquiries and submittals are suspended until further notice. Permit and document submittal stations will be established outside permit offices and will be monitored throughout each day. Submittals will be processed on the next business day.
