PacWhale’s Island Rhythm Sunset Cruise welcomes back Marty Dread
PacWhale Eco-Adventures has announced that Marty Dread, known as Hawaiʻi’s Reggae Ambassador, will return to its bi-weekly Friday sunset cruise, starting Aug. 2.
“The last 5 years have been extremely difficult for our Island. PacWhale’s Island Rhythm Sunset Cruise is synonymous with me and has brought so much joy to so many locals and visitors alike,” said Martin Hennessey, the moniker of Marty Dread. “I can’t wait to get back on the water.”
In addition, PacWhale announced the launch of another unique cruise, called the Ka Makana: A Hula Experience. Passengers will enjoy the beautiful art of hula while learning about the culture of Hawaiʻi and the place of Maui. Onboard hosts from Hawaiʻi will greet passengers with the spirit of aloha, graciously sharing ancestral wisdom to preserve the history and cultural heritage of the Hawaiian people. They invite you to engage, ask questions, and connect with the traditions that have shaped their identity. The two-hour voyage is open to all.
Both experiences offer special discounts for visitors and kamaʻaina, underscoring PacWhale’s commitment to making these enriching experiences accessible to everyone. For more information and reservations, visit pacwhale.com or call 808-249-8811 for exclusive kamaʻāina discounts.
