Maui Filipino Chamber announces 2022 leadership and scholarship awardees

The Maui Filipino Chamber of Commerce announced five outstanding Filipino leaders in the community to receive the prestigious Gintong Pamana Leadership Award this year, and fourteen students who are receiving scholarships from the Chamber’s foundation.

The Rotary Club of Kahului awarded $16,000 worth of college scholarships last week to four Maui High School graduates: Leanne Orsono, Jessica Mae Castillo, Brooklyn Jones and Sophia Otsuka.
