The “Tai Chi for Arthritis Program,” developed by Dr. Paul Lam, is based on his personal experience of how tai chi helped relieve his own osteoarthritis pain.

While some tai chi forms require that students complete a complex series of movements with perfect form, “Tai Chi for Arthritis” participants are asked to do their best and have fun.

For more information or to register, call (808) 244-3326 during museum business hours, Monday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
