New Maui Housing Director Announcement Due This Week

Interim Housing and Human Concerns Director William Spence completed his temporary appointment in the department on Friday.

County officials say Deputy Director Lori Tsuhako will manage the department until a new director is announced this week.

“I want to thank Mr. Spence for his years of service to Maui County, and his hard work and dedication to the Department of Housing and Human Concerns,” said Maui Mayor Michael Victorino. “He is a well-qualified professional and I wish him luck in his future endeavors.”
