Summary: This job is ideal for someone who can answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist customers in accordance with Bowman Termite and Pest standards and guidelines.
This position performs local and neighbor island scheduling of appointments, and basic phone customer service.
The ideal employee will be able to gain the required skills and thorough knowledge through on-the-job training to be able to ensure the quality of all related customer service activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
*High School Diploma or GED (Required). With at least 1 year of office administration experience.
Able to work at Bowman Termite and Pest, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm. This is a requirement.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist service manager.
Willing to be a team player and take on anything!
Effectively and independently analyze and handle inquiries from customers (internal and external) relating to customer service and scheduling. Handle customer inquiries (internal and external) by responding to their needs quickly and efficiently.
Other duties/functions: Assist Manager and others in department as needed
