Maui Man Arrested in BB Gun Incident

A Haʻikū man was arrested following a BB gun incident reported at around 11:09 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 4, 2013, police confirmed.
According to police, the man identified as John Amoral, allegedly threatened his neighbor while holding a BB gun, then aimed the BB gun at the victim and shot him.
Police say the victim sustained minor injuries as a result of the incident.
Amoral was arrested on two counts of terroristic threatening, and one count of third-degree assault.
According to police reports, Amoral was released after posting $2,200 bail.
