The state Department of Transportation will be conducting road work this week that will result in lane closures at various locations. Lane closure schedules may change at any time without further notice.  All projects are weather permitting.

Here’s a list of road work and lane closures for Maui for the week of Sept. 28 to Oct. 4, 2019. All projects are weather permitting.

Due to the anticipated effects of Hurricane Lane, the Hawaiʻi State Judiciary announced that its Maui County courts and facilities will be closed Aug. 22-24.

The Hawai‘i Department of Land and Natural Resources and its divisions are closing various properties in advance of Hurricane Lane.

The Hawaii State Dept of Transportation announced road work single lane closures on Maui highways and roads for the week starting Sunday, February 20.

— HONOAPIILANI HIGHWAY— 1) LAHAINA (CONTINUOUS) Shoulder lane closure on Honoapiilani Highway in the southbound direction between Aholo Street and Lahainaluna Road. Shoulder lane is closed continuously 24 hours per day, seven days per week, through September for highway widening activities.
