Hawai‘i Land Trust, the statewide local nonprofit that protects, stewards and connects people to the lands that sustain Hawaiʻi, has appointed three new directors to its 2022 Board. They include Makawao native Uʻiliani Tanigawa Lum, who will serve as the board’s secretary.
Maui’s Coldwell Banker Island Properties Expands to Big Island
Coldwell Banker Island Properties, a Maui based subsidiary, has acquired Coldwell Banker Maryl on the Big Island. The purchase will close on Sept. 1, 2018.

Maui Land & Pineapple Company Inc. reported a net loss of $818,000, or $.04 per share, for the second quarter of 2015, compared to net income of $477,000 or $.03 per share for the second quarter of 2014.
