Lahaina Galleries at The Shops at Wailea are poised to hold a special public event to celebrate their 48th anniversary this weekend.

Lahaina Galleries at The Shops at Wailea is inviting local and visiting ʻohana to an artistic experience at Maui’s 22nd Annual Art of Aloha, taking place on Sunday, Jan. 28, from noon to 3 p.m. Refreshments and light pūpū will be served.

Scores of artists rally to create three fundraising jazz, blues and Hawaiian concerts for Maui wildfire victims. Also this week on Maui, critically acclaimed guitarist-singer Makana performs a free concert, and David Grace Jr. sings his classic soul and country songs — one of them with more than 690,000 views.
