Honolulu philanthropist donates $5 million to University of Hawaiʻi’s RISE Center

In recognition of his $5 million donation, the new Residences for Innovative Student Entrepreneurs at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa will be renamed the Walter Dods Jr. RISE Center.

UH student housing facility for entrepreneurs to open in fall 2023

Students across the University of Hawaiʻi System who are interested in entrepreneurship can apply to live at Residences for Innovative Student Entrepreneurs (RISE).
