COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics Available on Maui in October

Starting Monday the Maui District Health Office, in partnership with the Hawaiʻi National Guard Maui medics will stand up regular clinics for all vaccinations (shots #1,2, 3 and boosters) throughout the month of October.

Governor Releases $27.7 Million for More CIP Projects

Wailuku Health Center Gets AC Funds for Federal Compliance

The Wailuku Health Center on Maui is getting $268,000 for air conditioning improvements.  The center’s original design from 1967, utilized natural ventilation which no longer meets Federal requirements.  Under the Federal Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act, doors must be kept shut and ground level windows covered with curtains or blinds for the privacy of clients.  […]
