Increased Police Presence at Maui HS Following Report of Alleged Fight

We have reports of increased police presence on the Maui High School campus this morning following a report of a possible fight at the Kahului campus.

The state Department of Transportation will conduct roadwork at various locations throughout Maui this week, resulting in alternating lane closures.

Haleakalā Resumes Services Amid New Resolution

All park interpretive and educational programs are offered. Online reservations for the sunrise at the summit of Haleakalā are required 3 a.m. to 7 a.m.

UH Proposes 10 Campus Tuition Cuts and Freezes

The University of Hawaiʻi is proposing a decrease and subsequent freeze in tuition rates at its 10 campuses, including UH Maui College.

Kahului Airport ‘Ohana Food Drive, Jan. 31

The drive will run from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with curbside drop off of donations being accepted at the Kahului Airport Main Terminal. 

27 Acre Maui Bay Villas First Phase Underway at Former Maui Lu Site

Hilton Grand Vacations has started construction at the Maui Bay Villas, with work on the first phase slated for completion in the first quarter of 2021.  

Alakaʻina Foundation Donates $500K for UH Community College Students
