I heard there was a headline in the Maui News that said no more short-term [vacation rental home] licenses are being given for homes on Maui. Is this true? If so when did it become law?

Are safety check brackets illegal? If not, where can we place them on our vehicles? I’m referring to the devices used to place safety check stickers instead of on the bumper of vehicles.

What program and how long of a traffic study does it take to get a new traffic light installed at a busy intersection?

Does the Hansen Road work include a separate bike/pedestrian path? I would have thought $5.3 million would be enough to also pay for a much-needed bike path.

There is a very large standing dead tree adjacent to the County water tank located on the corner of Kilohana and Kapili in Kīhei. Should the tree fall during a windstorm, it will cause significant damage to the water tank and/or serious injury to anyone passing by.
