The Central East Maui Junior Little League (CEMLL) All Star Team is preparing for the State tournament on O’ahu, after winning the District 3 Tournament earlier this week.

The team of 13 and 14 year-old boys will represent Maui in the state event set to run from July 15 to 18, 2011 at Kailua High School.  The winner of the State Tournament will then advance to the Regional competition on the Mainland.

In an effort to defray travel and transportation costs, the team is seeking tax-deductible monetary donations.  Individuals wishing to assist can make checks payable to: Central East Maui Little League.  To arrange for donation pick-up or for more information, call Michelle at 281-3236.
