A public notice details project plans including demolition of the existing bridge and associated structures, constructing the replacement bridge and guard-walls, reconstructing pavement areas, installing water lines, signage, and pavement markers.

Plans also call for the removal of a detour road and temporary stream crossing structure, as well as restoration of properties to existing conditions.

A notice to bidders had placed the estimated construction cost at between $1 million and $5 million.
