MBBers Return to Hard Rock Cafe Maui for Networking Event

Maui Business Brainstormers is bringing back its popular “MBBers Networking,” live from the Hard Rock Cafe Maui during Lahaina’s Second Friday Town Party on Sept. 11, 2015.

“Although MBB focus has been always on events that offer business information and education, its first networking event happened in September last year,” said MBB organizer Grace Fung. “Out of 36 events per year, MBB tries—since 2014—to make at least one focused on networking.”

Fung continued, “MBB measures closely the pulse of its audience since day one—in January 2012. The audience’s pulse translates into many requests with helpful suggestions and eventually, we get a chance to make some popular ones happen, like this one—an event focused only on networking. As result, its membership has grown from six to today’s 800 members.”

This  is the second year of “MBBers Networking” with the support of the Hard Rock Cafe Maui. It is a free event with complimentary food, beer, wine and four-hour parking validation.

“When creativity, logic and ‘never-give-up’ spirit are strong and in balance, entrepreneurs can focus better on their objectives,” said Hard Rock Cafe’s Sales & Marketing Manager Ryan L. Beenken. “So, we are in again all the way with the MBBers.”

This event is also intended to bring back the practice of live and in-person connecting.

“Give yourself an opportunity to forget using email, phone, texting or video to communicate with others,” added Fung.

To join MBBers at the Hard Rock Cafe Maui, attendees need to first join MBB (free of charge), then RSVP for the event online. Spots are limited—free admission is offered only with online RSVP.
