Maui Man Sought for Questioning in Walmart Robbery

The Maui Police Department and CrimeStoppers are asking for the public’s help in locating Kaulana Reinhardt, 23, of Wailuku, for questioning in last night’s robbery at the Walmart store in Kahului. Authorities say Reinhardt has been on the run since last month, as he is also wanted for an outstanding case involving alleged physical abuse and terroristic threatening.

Authorities say all wanted individuals should be considered dangerous, so the public should not approach, attempt to follow or take any other action that could put them in harm’s way.

Kaulana Reinhardt is described as 23-years-old, standing 5’9” tall, weighing 190 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.  Officials say he has numerous tattoos on his neck, chest and both arms.

Anyone able to locate Reinhardt is asked to call the Maui Police Department at (808) 244-6400 or if it is an emergency call 9-1-1. Additional information can also be passed along to Detective Gordon Sagun at the Wailuku Criminal Investigation Division office (808) 244-6434.

Individuals wishing to remain anonymous can call CrimeStoppers at (808) 242-6966. Callers to CrimeStoppers remain anonymous and are given a code number.
