Hali‘imaile General Store is presenting Smoke & Spice, a pop-up BBQ event on Monday, August 15.
The outdoor meal will feature Chef John Sandbach’s food truck from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., in the yard outside the restaurant, located at 900 Hali‘imaile Road.
BBQ meal tickets cost $25 (plus tax) and include slow smoked prime beef brisket, pulled pork shoulder and dry-rubbed chicken with ranch-style beans, pineapple cole slaw and traditional potato salad. Cocktails, beer and wine will be available for purchase.
