Prospect Mortgage Welcomes New Loan Officer

Prospect Mortgage, one of the nation’s largest independent residential retail lenders, welcomed Debra Devaris, NMLS # 1385475, as a new loan officer to its Maui office this week.

In her role, she will specialize in residential mortgage loan origination and refinancing.

Devaris has over 20 years of experience working in law, specializing in real estate transactions, foreclosure litigation, negotiating loan modifications and settlements.

Prior to Prospect Mortgage, Debra worked as office manager and paralegal for the president of Hilfman, Martin & Barr for 20 years in Chicago.

She graduated from Loyola University with an Associates degree and Roosevelt University with a Paralegal Certification.

She moved to Wailuku in 2007 and worked as a managing paralegal specializing in foreclosure litigation and loan modifications for six years at Fosbinder and Fosbinder.

Debra is involved in windsurfing and kite surfing organizations on Maui.
