At the legislature today, Representative John Mizuno will introduce his Sports Gaming Bill, which aims to open Oʻahu’s first single, stand-alone sports book and card room with a 10-year license.

8 Indicted in Hawai’i Island Gambling Case

The indictment alleges the gambling operation consisted of sports betting, poker and craps games, and used an offshore gaming website. The indictment further alleges the illegal gambling business operated out of a water company business located in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.
