FEE-FREE WEEKEND AT HALEAKALA NATIONAL PARK

Admission to Haleakala National Park will be free this weekend (June 20th & 21st, 2009). The Saturday and Sunday admission waiver is part of the park’s summer service to families looking for an affordable and fun activity. Additional free weekends are planned for July 18 & 19th and August 15th and 16th.
The fee-free weekends are available at more than 100 national parks that usually charge entrance fees.
Fee-Free weekends this summer are:
- June 20-21, 2009 (Father’s Day weekend)
- July 18-19, 2009
- August 15-16, 2009
