VIDEO: MauiNow Visits “Samoa Tomorrow” Tsunami Relief Food Drive

Maui band, Off Tomorrow, rallied the Samoan community Saturday in Lahaina, holding a second and final food drive for their “Samoa Tomorrow” tsunami releif effort.  The event featured live entertainment by Off Tomorrow, road-side dancing, and a community minded effort to raise food and donations for victims of the September 29, 2009 tsunami and earthquake in the Samoan Islands region.  Family and friends joined in making monetary donations, dropping off food and contributing goods during the drive.   “Samoa Tomorrow” is gearing up to ship the supplies to the Samoan islands devastated by the recent events.   Jade Moss reports.
