Beach Boys Bring Good Vibrations to the MACC

The Beach Boys are coming to Maui!  The concert under the stars is set for Friday, February 12, at 7 p.m. at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center.

The Beach Boys have become synonymous with the California lifestyle and an American icon to a worldwide audience. Since lead singer and quintessential front man, Mike Love, penned the lyrics to The Beach Boys’ first hit, Surfin (1961), the band has enjoyed a string of chart-topping songs that includes eternal anthems of American youth:

The Beach Boys have sold over 100 million records worldwide and have received 32 RIAA Platinum and Gold record awards. The band was honored at the 2001 Grammy Awards, receiving a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Recording Academy.

Tickets are: $35, $45, $55 and $65 (premium seating & table seating with exclusive bar access) plus applicable fees.  Ticket sales start Saturday, January 16, at 10 am to MACC Members.  Sale to the general public begins Saturday, January 23, 2010.  Purchase tickets in person at the MACC Box Office Call (808)242-SHOW (7469) ororder online at http://www.MauiArts.org/tickets Ticket limits apply.
