Whole Foods Market announced today that it will open its first Maui store in Kahului at Maui Mall, February 24. Doors will open at 9 a.m. with the company’s traditional bread breaking ceremony and the first 200 shoppers who spend $50 or more will receive a free reusable bag. The tote is exclusive to Whole Foods Market’s Kahului store and depicts a pineapple, representing Hawaiian hospitality and Maui’s deep agricultural history.

“We look forward to joining the Maui community and invite residents to visit the store and take part in our exciting lineup of activities and giveaways,” said Ray Stockton, Whole Foods Market Kahului, store team leader. “A great introduction to Whole Foods Market is our popular value tours, which will start on Sunday, February 28.”
