Emily Sullivan Joins UHMC as Director of Marketing and Community Relations

Emily Sullivan has joined the University of Hawaii Maui College as the Director of Marketing and Community Relations. She brings an extensive background in broadcast media and journalism to the growing Kahului campus.
Sullivan is the former Director of Productions at Akaku: Maui Community Television where she produced the channel’s election coverage and “The Maui Daily,” a weekly news magazine show.
Prior to moving to Maui in 2007, Emily lived in Boston where she worked as a Producer, Assistant Director and Set Dresser on feature films and television commercials such as: Be Cool, Fever Pitch, 27 Dresses, Pepsi, and Subway. She graduated magna cum laude from Colorado State University.
