The National Park Service and Haleakalā National Park will host a fee free day on Tuesday, June 21 in celebration of the first day of summer.  The free entrance is offered at national park sites, national wildlife refuges, and certain Bureau of Land Management sites.

Fee free days are designed to invite new audiences to the parks and to encourage fitness and outdoor recreation.

The fee waiver covers all applicable private and commercial entrance fees.
