Dr. Hansen Hosts Diabetes Presentation on Maui

Maui Memorial Medical Center (MMMC) E Ola Koa (a strong life) program will host a diabetes presentation on Saturday, November 19, from 9 to 11 a.m. in the MMMC auditorium.

The guest speaker for the presentation is Dr. Till Hansen, a board-certified internal medicine physician with Hawaii Endocrine Associates, Inc.

Matt Lane of Community Work Day will also be on hand to share information on a new community garden program that involves building school and community gardens around Maui County.

The E Ola Koa series is held every other month at MMMC and focuses on different health-related topics including prevention, trends and new treatments. For more information about the presentation, call 442-5663.
