The County of Maui is seeking nominations to its “volunTEEN Hero” program, which recognizes volunteers for their contributions to the community.

The Volunteer Center recognizes volunteers on a quarterly basis for giving freely of their time.

Those that are selected are recognized in a newspaper spotlight and on the County Volunteer Center’s website.

Nominations must come from an organization, school or government agency, and only one application is permitted per organization.  Parents or relatives should not nominate their family members.

The Volunteer Hero Program is supported by a grant with Tri Isle Resource & Conservation Development Council, Inc.
