When crews arrived on scene, they found the back room of the structure on fire, along with the exterior wall and roof.

Authorities say the affected structure was a home that was converted to office space.

According to property records, the building is partially owned by the Wells Court Hui LLC, Commercial Properties of Maui Management; and the Honpa Hongwanji Mission.
