MPD Needs Help Finding Haiku’s Collier

Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a 48-year-old Haiku man who was last seen on June 30.

Gerald Collier is described as 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighing 140 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a red T-shirt and blue jeans and was intoxicated when he left his residence at about 2 p.m. on June 30, police said. Later that night, he was seen drinking at Fernando’s restaurant in Kahului.


Collier had been working in Lahaina before being laid off about three weeks ago.

Anyone who sees Collier or who has information on his whereabouts is asked to call police at 244-6400 or the Criminal Investigation Division at 244-6425.
