The Division of Motor Vehicles & Licensing has announced that it will be upgrading its Revenue Management System later this week.

In anticipation of the upgrades, many satellite offices are closed for system installation and staff training today and tomorrow.

The Moloka’i and Pukalani satellite offices were closed yesterday, and remain closed today.

The Hana, Lana’i, Kihei and Lahaina satellite offices are closed today and tomorrow.

The main service center at the Maui Mall remains open for regular hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The upgrade replaces a 12-year-old system, and brings the department’s cashiering operations into compatibility with current software.

The upgrade also offers an opportunity to enhance and integrate new technologies which will improve processing and expand payment options for the community.
