The American Graphic Design Awards of New York City has recognized the Four Seasons Resort Maui’s spa booklet designed by Glick Design LLC with a 2012 award.

The 12-page booklet, which serves as a menu of offerings at The Spa, was selected in the judging by seven nationally-prominent design professionals.

Glick Design LLC of Kahului, Maui created the graphic design. Robert Glick was the art director, produced the graphic production work and shot most of the photography.

The design theme of the booklet features textures and vignettes, including tropicals, water, sand, and natural fabrics, as well as Hawaiian stones and leaves. The organic feel of the booklet is enhanced by the “green” stock chosen for the project.

The panel reviewed over 8,000 entries from thousands of US-based graphic design firms, advertising agencies, corporate in-house creative departments and publishers and selected only about 15% of the entries.
