Kula Refuse Service Missed

Mechanical problems were blamed for missed trash service in Kula this morning.
Officials with the County of Maui Solid Waste Division said the following streets were affected: Ainakula Road, Akea Place, Holopuni Road, Ka Drive, Kimo Drive, Kulalani Circle, Kulalani Drive, Kulamanu Circle, Lower Kula Drive, Lower Kula Road, Mano Drive, Omaopio Road, Piliwale Road, Pulehu Road, Waimele Place, Waokele Place, and all surrounding streets and roads.

Department officials apologized for the inconvenience, and said trash on the route would be picked up again on Wednesday, January 9, 2013.
