There were a total of 5 vehicle break-ins reported on Maui over a seven day period between February 17 and 23, 2013.

The incidents included the break-in of a variety of vehicles in:  (1) Kahului, (2) Makawao, (1) Paia, and (1) in Waiehu.

A complete run-down of incidents is listed below:

Kahului:

  • Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013, 3:55 p.m.:  Lalo Street.  2005 Blue Kia Sorento.

Makawao:

  • Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013, 5 p.m.:  Ulana Street.  1995 White Honda Civic.
  • Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013, 5:12 a.m.:  Kaiaulu Loop.  1987 White Toyota Hilux.

Paia:

  • Monday, Feb. 18, 2013, 2:30 p.m.:  Hana Highway at Holomua Road, in the lookout parking lot for Hookipa Beach Park.  2012 White Jeep Wrangler.

Waiehu:

  • Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013, 4:21 p.m.:  Halewaiu Road at the Waiehu Golf Course.  1998 Gray Toyota Tacoma.
