The Condominium Council of Maui will host “Advanced Training for 21st Century Boards” on April 9 at the King Kamehameha Golf Club in Waikapu.

The seminar will offer training on the following topics:

                • reading financial statements
                • do’s and don’ts for board meetings, including board minutes and executive session
                • how to deal with that “comfort animal” and other owner requests and avoid the “legal trap”

The event will also feature vendor tables open to attendees before the event and during breaks.
