Flip Flop Shops, a national retailer specializing in slippers and flip flops, is opening its third Hawaii location this Friday, April 12, at Whalers Village in Ka`anapali.

Just as the name suggest, Flip Flop Shops specializes in “slippahs” and plans to carry the leading brands and latest styles, such as SANUK, REEF, Cobian, Quiksilver, ROXY, OluKai and Cushe and others.

The Maui store is the third Hawaii location for owners Charles and Hayley Gadalla, who also own stores in Roseville and Irvine, Calif.

The slipper-dedicated retail chain already has two locations in Honolulu, and plans are underway for three more shops to open in the islands within the next three years including another one on Maui, according to a media announcement today.
