Woodson Hosts “Lawmakers Listen Meeting” in Kahului

State House Rep. Justin Woodson of Maui will host a “Lawmakers Listen Meeting” in Kahului tonight, according to an announcement.

The community meeting will include a briefing on the upcoming 2014 legislative session, and discussion with community members on issues of importance to constituents.

Woodson will be joined by fellow Maui lawmakers House Speaker Joseph Souki, and Committee on Human Services Chair Mele Carroll.

Other House leaders also scheduled to attend include Vice Speaker John Mizuno, Majority Leader Scott Saiki, Finance Chair Sylvia Luke, Judiciary Chair, Karl Rhoads and Water and Land Chair Cindy Evans.

The meeting is scheduled from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Pōmaikaʻi Elementary School Cafeteria in Kahului.
