Two sharks were spotted at about 4 p.m. Thursday Jan. 30 by Kamaole Beach II, according to reader Micah Schneidermann.

Schneidermann said the one seen in this video stuck around for about an hour, and estimated it to be about 5.5 feet long.

Onlookers debated whether it was a black tip reef shark or a tiger shark.
