Beginning tomorrow, March 24 at 10 a.m., the 2014 edition of Art Maui officially opens to the public.

Held in the MACC’s Schaefer International Gallery, the 36th annual exhibition showcases the work of Maui’s artist community.

This year, 336 artists registered 549 works and 65 works by 59 artists were ultimately selected.

Organizers invite you to “discover an endless range of ideas and techniques presented in drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking and photography.”

The gallery is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. andĀ evenings before Castle Theater shows.

The exhibition runs through April 20 and is free to the public.

The MACC is located at 1 Cameron Way in Kahului.
