The six week educational program provides activities in which children work closely with officers from the Maui Police Department.

Youth that are entering grades 11 or 12 next school year are invited to apply as youth leaders for the program, and can earn community service or volunteer hours for their participation.

Interested individuals should contact the Maui Police Department’s Community Relations Section at (808) 244-6380, or stop by the Wailuku Police station to pick up an application.  The deadline to apply is Monday, May 19, 2014.
