Hawaiian Airlines Matches $68 Neighbor Island Fare Special

Hawaiian Airlines today announced a special neighbor island fare special, with tickets starting at $68 for one-way travel.

The announcement comes a day after interisland air carrier Island Air announced plans to offer $68 one-way neighbor island fares for the next 60 days.

Both promotions are good for travel through Nov. 15, 2014.

Travel on the Hawaiian Airlines offer must be booked between today and Sept. 22, 2014.

The Hawaiian Airlines flights included in the $68 package are limited to one-way travel between: Honolulu and Lānaʻi; Honolulu and Kahului; and Honolulu and Līhue.

The airline notes that fares may not be available over all dates, and fares on some dates may be higher than the $68 fare special.  The special fare is also subject to seat availability and may change at any time, according to the company website.
