Event organizers say the rally provides a rare opportunity to meet all local and state Democratic candidates that will appear on the ballot in November. There will also be a Halloween costume contest for keiki ages 10 and under, food by Democratic candidates, Taiko drumming and Maui cartoon characters.

This event is free.
