The Maui County Democratic Party will host its traditional Grand Rally at the Ige-Tsutsui Headquarters located in the Kahului Shopping Center on Thursday, Oct. 30 starting at 5:30 p.m.

Special guest speakers include Democratic gubernatorial candidate David Ige, Lieutenant Governor Shan Tsutsui, US Senator Brian Schatz, US Senator Mazie Hirono and US Representative Tulsi Gabbard.

Event organizers say the rally provides a rare opportunity to meet all local and state Democratic candidates that will appear on the ballot in November. There will also be a Halloween costume contest for keiki ages 10 and under, food by Democratic candidates, Taiko drumming and Maui cartoon characters.

This event is free.
