Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard visited Maui businesses on Thursday in an effort to learn about operations and get an update on how their work is affecting the island’s economy and job market.
Stops included visits to Maui Diagnostic Imaging, Pepsi Beverage Company in Wailuku, and Maui Soda & Ice Works.
Gabbard also spent time with keiki and instructors at the Boys & Girls Club in Paukūkalo where she answered questions about congress, and spoke about the need for young servant-leaders.
Today, the congresswoman heads to Oʻahu for keynote remarks at the dedication ceremony for the newly finished Warrior Transition Battalion Headquarters at Schofield Barracks.
