Maui Police are investigating a reported robbery at the parking lot of a business in Kahului at around 8:03 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2014.
Police say the victim was parked within the Home Depot parking lot when a male suspect entered his vehicle brandishing a knife and demanded his property.

According to police reports, the victim accelerated his vehicle and collided into a barricade.
Police say the suspect exited the vehicle following the crash and fled the scene.
The victim, police say, sustained minor injuries.
