Homeowners will enjoy a membership with discounts and access to on-island activities usually reserved for year-round residents on Maui. Upgrades are available for smart home automation systems. The homes are part of the luxury resort’s most highly sought-after real estate on Maui, with 2014 sales at Honua Kai topping $100 million. The Makai Collection is listing for $3 million to $3.8 million.

“Buyers recognize this as a unique opportunity to own a new oceanfront home right on Kā‘anapali Beach, where the other options are 30 or 40 year old product. We find that our buyers are really responding to the modern, spacious floor plans and turnkey convenience that Honua Kai ownership offers,” said Erika Alm, president of PowerPlay Destination Properties (Hawai‘i) Inc., who oversees real estate marketing, sales and asset management at Honua Kai.
