Representatives for D. K. Kodama’s Maui Fish & Pasta – a breakfast, lunch and dinner spot in Whalers Village in Ka’anapali – have announced that the restaurant is now permanently closed.
“We enjoyed serving visitors and local residents at this beachside location for the last six years,” says Kodama. “We hope that Maui Fish & Pasta patrons will dine with us at our Sansei Seafood Restaurant & Sushi Bar locations in Kapalua and Kīhei.”
It was further noted that every effort will be made to move staff to other DK Restaurants.
DK Restaurants Hawaii owns and operates four Sansei locations on three islands and will open its first mainland location in Seattle this year.
Meanwhile, VINO Italian Tapas & Wine Bar is set to reopen in Honolulu’s Waterfront Plaza next month.
