She interviewed Wailuku girl, Leona Borge of Maxi’s Costumes and representatives from Savers and Simply Halloween. Below is a running list of locations, hours and promotions that are running on Halloween costumes across Maui.

Selection: New and secondhand. Infant through adult. Pets. Accessories, wigs, hats, make-up, prosthetics and more. Five dedicated staff members to answer your Halloween questions and help you find costumes. Almost everything is out on the floor.

Promotions: Boxes of clearance costumes at $4.99, $9.99, $14.99 and $24.99
Selection: Large selection of wigs, make-up, prosthetics, accessories, shoes, masks. Infant through adult. Cats and dogs. Entire store is dedicated to Halloween merchandise. More costumes are arriving the first two weeks of October.

Promotions: Call store for sale information. They were running a 40% sale but it’s over. They may have a new sale soon. Keep an eye out on their Cartwheel app which can also be combined with sales.
Selection: Large selection of disney characters, Star Wars, infant through adult costumes, pet costumes.

Goodwill

Promotions: If you donate an item you get 20% off of one item. If you bring in a movie ticket to Hotel Transylvania 2 and spend more than $30 you get $5 to spend at Goodwill.
