Nourish your community and your appetite with “Dine Out for Hospice Maui.”  On Tuesday, Nov. 10, 35 participating restaurants around the island will donate a portion of the proceeds from their meals to Hospice Maui. Calling it an “inclusive and community-spirited fundraising event,” Hospice Maui invites residents to “Dine Out” and support the non-profit.  Hospice Maui has been serving the island for more than 30 years with medical care and physical comfort, as well as emotional and spiritual support for hospice patients. The group also provides support and respite for patients’ families.

Hospice is designed to give supportive care to people in the final phase of a terminal illness, with a focus on comfort and quality of life.  Hospice Maui leaders say your participation in the “Dine Out” event will help to ensure that hospice care is available to all Maui residents in need.
